Whether you're looking to try a healthy new recipe or break a sweat and burn some calories, Wellcats has the right class for you!

Note: To participate in WellCats activities, employees must first become a WellCats member by registering.

     What to expect when you attend an in-person WellCats class:

    • Please allow plenty of space for physical distancing
    • Instructors will wear a mask when physical distancing is not possible (participants are encouraged to do the same).
    • Participants should bring their own equipment when possible*
    • Disinfectant spray and paper towels are available for participants to clean equipment before and after use
    • Wash your hands well and often.
    • Consider taking a COVID test and take time to recover if you are not feeling well

    *Employees utilizing the insurance plan can earn and redeem Blue Points for wellness equipment.
