This presentation focuses on heart-healthy nutrition strategies to support improved blood pressure and cholesterol management. Participants will learn how everyday food choices and practical lifestyle changes can positively impact their heart health. This presentation will review balanced eating patterns that support long-term cardiovascular health and encourage food freedom over restriction. By the end of the session, participants will feel more confident making heart-smart food choices that may reduce risk factors for heart disease and support overall well-being.

Meditation for Stress/Anxiety with Alicia Rosas
