WellCats Events Calendar

WellCats is Texas State University's Employee Wellness program. Services are free to all benefit-eligible employees. 

To join any WellCats activity, simply sign the one-time waiver —then you’re free to show up and participate.

Through WellCats, the Department of HHP offers faculty and staff complimentary access to locker rooms for changing and showering. Lockers and towels are available; towels are issued one at a time and must be returned before receiving a clean one. To request a locker or towel, or for questions about access, contact Ms. Jenny Ramirez at jr1816@txstate.edu.

ProActive Nutrition (PAN) Cooking Classes focus on using whole foods to prepare healthier takes on familiar favorites. Whether you're a kitchen pro or just getting started, these hands-on classes offer something fun and tasty for everyone.

Important: Please RSVP at least 24 hours before the class so we can prepare enough supplies and ingredients. Spots are limited and ingredients are purchased in advance, so last-minute changes can be difficult.

If your plans change after RSVPing, please email Ashley at qpo12@txstate.edu as soon as possible (ideally 48 hours in advance). Your notice helps us manage costs and allows another member to take the open spot—thank you!​​​​​​​
