WellCats Events Calendar

WellCats is Texas State University's Employee Wellness program. Services are free to all benefit-eligible employees.

Whether you're looking to try a healthy new recipe or break a sweat and burn some calories, Wellcats has the right class for you! 
The Events Calendar shows two weeks at a time. Check back for upcoming monthly events!

To participate in WellCats activities, you must first sign a waiver

     What can you expect when you attend an in-person WellCats class?

    Everyone's health and safety is important, so mindfulness is encouraged when participating in our in-person services.

    • Please allow plenty of space for physical distancing
    • Participants may consider wearing a mask to protect themselves and/or others.
    • Participants should bring their own equipment when possible*
    • Disinfectant spray and paper towels are available for participants to clean equipment before and after use
    • Wash your hands well and often.
    • Consider taking a COVID test and take time to recover if you are not feeling well

    *Employees utilizing the insurance plan can earn and redeem Blue Points for wellness equipment.
