WellCats Nutrition services support your journey to healthier eating with options like ProActive Nutrition (PAN) Cooking Classes and One-on-One Nutrition Consultations. Whether you're looking to build new habits or fine-tune your routine, there's something for everyone. Just sign a one-time waiver, and RSVP to a class or schedule a consultation!

PAN Cooking Classes

ProActive Nutrition (PAN) Cooking Classes focus on using whole foods to prepare healthier takes on familiar favorites. Whether you're a kitchen pro or just getting started, these hands-on classes offer something fun and tasty for everyone. All classes are held in FCS 187.

Please sign up at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we have enough supplies for all participants.

One-on-One Nutrition Consultations

During these one-on-one sessions, a trained nutrition professional will assess your current diet and help identify goals to improve your diet, overall health, and well-being. If you are responsible for feeding others in your household, you’ll also receive ideas for enhancing their nutrition. Consultations can be held in person or virtually.
